Window Nation's Norwood, MA operation runs on volume — the same thread keeps showing up in reviews: crews knocking out full-house jobs in a single visit, 18 windows and a sliding door in a day, 22 triple-pane windows replaced with a timeline customers call smooth start to finish, even an 11-window job where the crew configured a 90-inch slider to save money instead of adding to the bill. On Google it holds a 4.7-star average across 1,533 ratings, its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license (197968) is active, and the Better Business Bureau lists it as an A+ accredited business. Nearly every five-star review names a specific salesperson — John Pitro, Rick, Alex, Jeremy, Travis, Randy, Sam, Scott Brine — and the same details recur: patient, no pressure, pricing and financing explained before anyone signed. That's the strength of the Norwood reputation: the sales conversation is what people come away describing in detail. Where the install itself gets mentioned, it's specific and positive too — a measuring visit finished in under an hour, an 18-window-plus-door crew called "fast, clean and courteous," a seven-window job wrapped in a few hours with the crew walking the homeowner through how to use and clean the new windows. The trouble shows up after the sale, in a handful of pointed reviews. One customer says windows installed "a couple of years ago" have needed four callbacks for locks that won't catch, a lost seal, a broken slider handle, and loose weather stripping, with parts on backorder since March on a roughly $35,000 job. Two other reviews describe the opposite end of the relationship — estimate appointments canceled at the last minute before anyone even saw the windows, one calling the company "dishonest." A fourth says that once a problem came up after purchase, "you never see or hear from them" again. Those complaints sit against 169 reviews in the last six months, only four of them negative — a low rate, but a narrow and consistent pattern: what happens after the truck leaves, not what happens during the sale or the install itself. Anyone booking a large job here is buying into a well-reviewed sales process and a genuinely busy install schedule; it's worth asking directly, before signing, how warranty callbacks and backordered parts actually get handled.

Be careful and think twice about calling Window Nation. Just like NewPro. If you have a problem and call them you never hear from them. Before you buy they promise the world, and after you've bought, you never see or hear from them.
