Window Nation is a regional window and door replacement company, licensed active in Massachusetts and rated A+ and accredited by the Better Business Bureau, with a written record that runs to 811 reviews since 2021 — a volume few contractors in this corpus approach. The through-line in most of that record is the sales consultation. Dozens of reviews name an individual rep — Alex, Jerome, John Pitro, Randy, Rick, Sam, Travis, Joe Najjar — and describe a low-pressure, detailed walk-through of window options, financing, and pricing rather than a hard sell. On the installation side, the recurring story is speed and scale: crews replacing 18, 22, 29, even 31 windows in a single day, repeatedly described as clean, organized, and thorough about cleanup. A 2026 review of a 22-window job with triple-pane replacements said the process "couldn't have been any better," and a 2024 review of a 29-window-plus-slider job says the crew removed and installed everything within 8 hours and left the property "clean as a whistle." A real minority of the record describes a different pattern: appointments cancelled repeatedly. A 2023 review describes an appointment cancelled three times in one week; more recent 2026 reviews describe similar repeat cancellations, one accusing the company of "screening for project" rather than showing up, another calling the company "dishonest" over invented last-minute excuses. Separately, a 2026 review describes windows installed a couple of years earlier needing four follow-up visits over locks that wouldn't work, a lost seal, and a broken door handle, calling it "the WORST company I have dealt with EVER." Two Reddit threads carry warnings in the same direction — one describes "subpar installation" and receiving the wrong windows, the other simply answers a recommendation request with "Definitely not Window Nation." A separate review describes a broken window sash and a torn screen still unrepaired at the time of writing, with the crew leaving debris behind for the homeowner to clean up. And at least one customer describes an aggressive sales follow-up — three calls, a voicemail, and two texts within two hours of an online inquiry. Window Nation reads as a high-volume operation that executes big installs efficiently for most customers and runs a genuinely low-pressure sales process — but it's worth asking pointed questions about scheduling reliability and how warranty callbacks get handled if something needs fixing after the crew leaves.
“I wish I found your guy before we signed with Window Nation. We got absolutely screwer over. Between the subpar installation to the wrong windows.”
“Definitely not Window Nation.”
Be careful and think twice about calling Window Nation. Just like NewPro. If you have a problem and call them you never hear from them. Before you buy they promise the world, and after you've bought, you never see or hear from them.
From the sales man, the Measuring man to the installers . They were very Professional but not stuffy! The Measuring man took less than a hour. The installers were incredible. Fine tune install. Cleaner when they left was very Good 👍.
