Wisdom Roofing

Wisdom Roofing is a Malden-area roofing contractor whose owner says he's worked in the trade for more than 20 years, on his own since he was 16, and built the company as a family business; today it covers roofing plus gutters, siding, chimney and deck work across more than a dozen towns from Medford to Framingham to Franklin. The individually written reviews on file date to 2016, when customers described Louis (written 'Luis' in one review) responding the same day they called, coming out the next day for an estimate, and starting work the day after that — repairing a roof with new shingles, sealant and flashing, and, in one case, leaving the grounds cleaner than he'd found them. More recently, Angi's own aggregate puts the company at 4.9 stars from 14 ratings (93% five-star), with 62 projects and 27 years of experience listed on that platform, and free estimates offered. The detailed written record here is a decade old rather than current, so it's worth asking for recent references alongside the standing Angi rating. For roofing repairs and related exterior work in the towns it covers, Wisdom Roofing's responsiveness in the reviews on file and its strong current Angi standing are both good signs — just confirm recent work quality directly given how dated the detailed reviews are.
