RENOVATE describes itself on HomeAdvisor as specializing in bathroom remodeling of all kinds, drywall installation and repair, interior finish work, window and door trim, and interior painting. Bathrooms feature in its past work. A May 2022 Google review credits Jason Designas and his RENOVATE crew with starting and finishing the remodel of a ca. 1946 small, full bathroom in 9 days while staying on budget, with phone calls, drawings, annotated photos and sticky notes keeping communication clear. In a June 2023 HomeAdvisor review, Jason handled a bathtub replacement and communicated every step of the way from demolition to completion; that review said his team of carpenters, plumbers and electricians worked on a tight schedule and called the pricing reasonable. Repairs come up too. A February 2022 HomeAdvisor review describes a shower leaking through the ceiling below: Jason and team coordinated with a plumber to open up the ceiling, found cracked grout in the shower pan, and he regrouted the shower and replaced the damaged ceiling. Another February 2022 HomeAdvisor review said he did door repairs as well as wall and ceiling repairs. In a February 2022 HomeAdvisor review, Jason and his crew blended a 4' section of new hardwood flooring with the existing floor and left the house neat and tidy. A separate February 2022 HomeAdvisor review said they assisted with minor demolition, subfloor installation, window, door and cabinet installation, framing and misc carpentry, and praised their flexibility with a tight timeline and budget. A June 2023 HomeAdvisor review said RENOVATE remodeled part of a master bedroom into a full nursery and redid the bedroom ceiling. A July 2022 HomeAdvisor review said they postponed a couple of times due to staffing issues, but the work got done.
