And nearly everyone writing publicly identifies as a property manager, a real-estate professional or a commercial client — the company's own site describes its specialization as disaster and emergency restoration for commercial properties. One September 2024 reviewer did describe mold remediation and water mitigation in their own home, so residential work happens, but a homeowner has less to go on here than a management company would. If you are dealing with a flood, a fire or a mold problem and want a firm that can move the same day and carry the job through to reconstruction, this is a reasonable call. Ask about the 2025 complaint, ask for references from single-family jobs, and confirm the IICRC certification of the technicians actually assigned to you.
