In another 2026 review, a customer wrote that the technicians are courteous once they visit but that their follow through was awful, after waiting 9 weeks for them to follow through on something simple they promised related to A/C units they had installed less than a year before. In an update to that 2026 review, the customer wrote of having since experienced their responsiveness and much better communication. In a 2023 review, a customer wrote that Woodacre had always gone out of their way to do whatever they could to help with, service, or maintain the customer's heating and cooling systems. “Woodacre Fuel and HVAC are reliable, responsive and professional.”
In the middle of the 100 degree heat wave, our air conditioner failed. I called their number in the evening and left a message. They called me back the next morning at 7:30am and scheduled a visit for late in the morning the same day. The friendly tech diagnosed and replaced the capacitor that had failed in about 10 minutes. We were back with a working AC thanks to Woodacre.
Update: I wrote the review below earlier, but have since experienced their responsiveness and much better communication. I am pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. The technicians are courteous once they visit you, however, their follow through is awful. I have been waiting for them to follow through on something simple that they promised related to our A/C units, which they installed less than a year ago. It has been 9 weeks and they take no action and no responsibility. I have elevated the concern to their office, but they keep repeating the same. Someone will get back to you and no one does. After spending tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years, I am very disappointed in how they treat their customers and lack follow through.

Woodcare is an amazing company. Fast and friendly service, helped me out in a pinch, it would be criminal to use anyone else.
Woodacre has always gone out of their way to do whatever they can do to help with, service, or maintain our heating and cooling systems. They are very responsive, kind, helpful, and fair. Strongly recommend their service!
