December 2025 reviewers described an urgent frozen-pipe repair handled quickly, bathroom tile work carried start to finish, and a reverse-osmosis unit fitted into a small apartment around a sink the customer called wonky. Back in December 2023, a commenter on r/medfordma said they had used the company for plumbing jobs and that it also does electrical and HVAC.
Price is the thing to pin down. In March 2025 a one-star reviewer wrote to avoid the company at all cost, saying the charges were high, the fees were not disclosed upfront, and that neighbours had run into the same thing.
