In a 2025 HomeAdvisor review, a customer said Wilmer replaced their old oil boiler with a gas one, walked them through the setup before they committed, and got the work done in 3 days as he promised; the customer said his team showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. In a 2023 review, a customer whose AC would not turn on said Wilmer checked the inside HVAC system and then the outside, found that a raccoon had chewed through some of the outside wires, and replaced and tested the new wiring, and that they had a cool house later that afternoon. In a 2020 review, a customer said another company had told them they needed a new central air system that would cost around $8,000, and that Wilmer fixed the problem in a few hours without a new system. Wilmer was absolutely stellar in his project to replace my old oil boiler with a a gas one. I shopped around heavily and Wilmer provided me the best quote and walked me through my setup to help me understand it before I ever committed to giving him the job. He was incredibly friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He provided communication throughout the project and was quick to get back to me on any questions I had. The work got done in 3 days as he promised. His team showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work is top notch. I am a very happy customer and would absolutely love to do business with WR again.

The first time I had Wilmer over was to inspect and perform my yearly maintenance. He was very informative and helped me to understand how the whole process actually worked. His prices and professional manner we're more than acceptable. A few years later my AC would not turn on. And I looked to see if there is any fuses inside the house that may have been blown to cause this. I could find none. I called Wilmer and when he came over not only did he do an overview of the functionality of the components of my inside HVAC system, to see if that might have been the problem, but he also checked it from the outside. That is when he noticed that a raccoon had chewed through some of the outside wires in an attempt to get into my attic. Wilmer replaced and tested the new wiring thus fixing the issue,. Again, his prices and professional manner we're more than acceptable. And I had a cool house later that afternoon
