Wrightway Heating & Cooling

I am a 15yrs Military veteran and I want my money back. I earned that money during my deployment. Recently brought a 2014 Ram 1500 for $9k. The van failed inspection and Douglas has refused to refund me my money. He had the nerve to suggest that I use it without an inspection or find someone to pass it for me. This man knew the van had engine problems and refused to disclose that information. He also claims that his business is slow and can't refund my money. You sold me a lemon and I want my $9k

We had a little hiccup with our new AC system - turns out a part needed to be replaced. The thoroughness, expertise and professionalism of this company was OUTSTANDING. The main person helping us was Eduardo, and I can't say enough good things about him. Many folks would have become frustrated by the time and diagnosis of this problem, but Eduardo stuck with it and figured it out. He always called to let me know what was happening, was always on time, etc. RARE to find such a good company these days. I would definitely recommend Wrightway Corp.

We have had two wonderful experiences with Wrightway to replace original central air-conditioning equipment in a 52 year old house. Doug Wright has been creative in finding equipment to interface with our system, and Nate spent 3 days this week installing an air handler in a very tight spot of a Deck House. We recommend this firm if you have a Deck House, as they have lots of experience and use our electrician! Meanwhile they are completely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and a pleasure to work with. Nate was so patient explaining and instructing us on the details and operations of the new system and the new thermostat we had bought to simplify operating!. He thoroughly vacuumed out the path to the air handler from the outdoor compressor and then flushed out the drip line! A terrific experience!

I have a somewhat unusual need - heating/AC and dehumidification in two garages. I met Doug Wright and heard good things about Wrightway Heating/Cooling and so we checked them out. Doug worked with us to understand our requirements and find the right brand, model, and solution to address our needs. In addition, the location is very visible and we wanted to look good, both outside and in. The pricing on the proposal was very competitive and more importantly, I felt comfortable with the plan and his company. The installation team was scheduled, and they came on time. Very knowledgeable and polite techs. They did a careful job on the install, and the results look great. I am grateful they took the extra time to be careful with the aesthetics. I am very pleased; I highly recommend Wrightway.

It was such a pleasure doing business with Wrightway Heating and Cooling. The appointments were always kept on time and the service was exceptional. Installation of our 2 mini splits was prompt and professional. The units are perfect for the areas we wanted to cool/heat and the savings on our utility bills has been great. Planning the job out with Doug was easy because he is so knowledgeable about the systems and their installer Danny was courteous and thorough. Very pleased with our choice of Wrightway and would happily recommend them to anyone who wants quality installations done promptly and at a reasonable price.
