Young's Paving keeps showing up for the same families more than once — in a 2024 review, one customer said this was the fifth driveway the company had done for them over the years, and another 2024 review described two decades of driveway and walkway work across the reviewer's extended family. The company, based near Seekonk and run by owner Mark Young Sr. alongside a longtime crew reviewers repeatedly name — Jack, Mike, Will — describes itself as a family-owned, 4th-generation asphalt paving business doing residential and commercial driveways, parking lots, private roads, repairs, seal coating and milling across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Its own site gives two different figures for how long it's been around — "over 50 years" as a 4th-generation company in one place, and "over 35 years" serving the Foxborough/Attleboro area since 1986 in another — so the exact history isn't entirely clear. Recent reviews, out of 62 on file running from 2022 into 2026, repeat the same story: crews that show up on time, finish a standard driveway in a matter of hours, and leave the site clean. A June 2026 review described the crew filling a deep hole in a church parking lot the same day, in under an hour, even though it was a small job for them. A March 2025 review said a driveway installed over six years earlier still looked new, with no cracks or depressions. Not every account matches that record. A May 2026 review says a quote came in roughly double two earlier estimates, and that the company withdrew from the job and blocked the reviewer on Facebook after being asked about the price. A 2025 review described a driveway installed around a decade earlier that began cracking after four years and now needs full replacement, and a 2022 review described asphalt problems about a year and a half after installation, which the customer said the company blamed on their own sealcoating. Young's Paving is a solid pick for a standard residential driveway job — the volume of repeat, multi-year customers backs that up — but given the pricing complaint and the handful of durability concerns, it's worth getting a written quote up front and asking directly about their workmanship warranty.
