The only open-web trace is a homeowner's blog from 2001, written up during a Braintree renovation, crediting Mark Zopatti for the new heating and cooling system and the condenser set neatly outside. Warm words — but a quarter-century old, and one person. BuildZoom also lists a Massachusetts sheet metal license for him. That is the directory's own listing, not something confirmed against the state registry, so ask to see the license and its number yourself. This is the right call if you want a small, long-established Braintree HVAC outfit whose work turns up repeatedly in the town's permit files — heating and cooling swaps in one- and two-family houses are plainly its bread and butter. Go in expecting to judge them on a conversation, a walkthrough and references from neighbors, because there is no written review history to lean on.
