We’ve worked with 1620 Builders on multiple projects, most recently our kitchen renovation and new flooring, and we’re extremely happy with our new kitchen. The kitchen was thoughtfully designed and has made our space far more functional and enjoyable. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, Jonathan and his team were responsive and proactive in addressing them and keeping the project on track. Being able to trust your builder is invaluable, and that’s exactly why we continue to choose 1620 Builders for our home projects.

We can't offer enough praise to Jonathan McKinney and the 1620 Builders crew for their construction of our new sunroom. Despite a few "surprises" during the demo phase and some bad luck on the weather front, Jonathan, Dave and crew delivered us the room of our dreams on budget. What's more, they were always upbeat, friendly, thoughtful no matter what the issue at hand. It really felt like team effort working with them. We would recommend 1620 wholeheartedly

1620 (Jon) did a beautiful ADU for my mother in our home, exceeding expectations. Post completion, very responsive to any questions and minor things wanted addressed. Project was as quoted with no surprises..very transparent. Will likely use for any future renovations.
