Lance has been doing work for us for around 10 years. He has installed windows, skylights and a microwave that vented outside. He replaced the siding and trim on three houses. He rebuilt our screened in porch. He designed and built a wine room as well. Lance prices fairly, shows up on time and does flawless work. We are based on the Cape.

We have hired Lance WInship repeatedly for the past 10+ years for various repair and construction jobs. His work is very high quality and his charge rate is fair. We live just off the ocean and every winter some shingles from our roof are blown off and were replaced by Lance. He also repaired wood framing around windows that over time has rotted and were replaced using non-wood products. Lance constructed a large Trex deck and did an excellent job of removing the old deck, installing new deck foundations, the Trex planks and bannisters with no errors. Lance has also helped with interior work involving placement or paintings and other items in a high ceiling room (16 feet), smoke detectors, etc. He also replaced the shelving in a large walk in closet. Lance is friendly and very reliable. Sometimes there is a wait for his services to begin due to other jobs, but unless you have an emergency situation he is well worth any wait.
