A recent customer said the company installed a dual fuel system in their home, and that the team came back afterwards to make adjustments at no extra cost. The company's website names Burlington as its service area and says it has been in business 57 years. A 2024 customer said their hot water boiler was red tagged by Vermont Gas on a Friday, and installation of a new Well-Mclain boiler started on Monday. A 2024 reviewer wrote that the company got their boiler back up and running, then came back to install heat pumps, rework some plumbing and install a new water heater. A 2021 customer said mice chewed through a pex water line in their kitchen ceiling at 11PM, and after a call to Cole around 8:30 in the morning, a plumber was at the house by 10:30. A 2023 customer called on a Tuesday about a drip in a water pipe, was scheduled for the next morning, and said the issue was fixed "in like 15 minutes." A 2022 customer whose gas was shut off to numerous units said the company was on-site within two hours and provided the pressure test forms that let the gas be turned back on within 24 hours. A 2025 customer said the company priced reasonably and held to its quotes. A. Cooper Mechanical installed a dual fuel system for my home. My overall experience was outstanding. From scheduling to hands on, the entire team is top notch. I want to especially thank Cole for his leadership. This project required a lot of his personal time, doing research, troubleshooting, and making the system available for a fair price. After the install, he continued to follow up. The team came back afterwards to make modifications, adjustments, and dial in the comfort level at no extra cost.
