Fortunately, I did not end up using this company, and based on what I witnessed this morning, I wouldn’t feel comfortable hiring them. At approximately 6:30 AM, the driver of this company vehicle was driving aggressively…tailgating other vehicles, weaving through traffic, and making unsafe lane changes. The behavior was concerning enough that it made me question the professionalism and judgment of the company. If this is how company vehicles are operated on public roads, I would be hesitant to trust them at my home or business. Please drive safely and represent your company responsibly.

I've been a client for many years. Most recently, our hot water heater failed and we needed emergency replacement. Chris Ventolieri (owner) was extremely responsive, and kept me informed at every step. The 2 technicians who did the job were great as well. Highly recommend.

The team did a water heater replacement for us. They were very professional, well organized and equipped, experienced and competent. They were able to quote based on info and a picture of the old heater. Their approach was straight forward, no BS (can't take that for granted when other plumbers charge you just to come see the place and give you a quote). Communication was good and the follow up with invoice was great. Very good experience, recommended !
