On Sunday our central ac decided not to work. We reached out to AAir Systems Technologies who installed our system. Because it was Sunday we got the answering service and had to leave a message. We received a call back within 15 minutes from the owner Ryan who assured us our issue would be dealt with Monday morning. Sure enough his tech named Tyler showed up Monday morning and diagnosed the problem. I was so impressed with him! So knowledgeable and so personable! Unfortunately they didn't have the part we needed however Tyler said I will make sure we have it tomorrow (Tuesday) and I will be back to install it. Tyler arrived Tuesday afternoon with the replacement part, I had to leave for an appointment so I asked that he just close the door when he was done. When I came home I found a note above my thermostat from Tyler that said my ac was all set and to have a nice summer! I was blown away! This is ABOVE AND BEYOND great customer service! Nice work AAir! And the world needs more Tylers!

Great company, at all levels. Ryan was great at answering all my questions and concerns when he came by to provide estimates on multiple projects. Tina was fantastic every time I called or emailed. She was particularly helpful in dealing with MassSave. Trevor and team were timely, friendly and professional during the installs. I had AAIR install a heatpump and two mini splits as well as change the ducting for my existing forced hot air furnace. I will 100% call them for any future HVAC needs.

In Ryan and his team I trust! From my initial phone call to request a quote Ryan was responsive, polite, professional and patient with all our questions. He walked my wife and I through multiple options in replacing our whole house heating and air conditioning system. We narrowed it down to two possibilities, so I called Ryan again and we went through all the pros & cons to each and settle on what was best for us. Then he passed us on to Tina to help us through the Mass Save loan process. She was awesome! She is well versed in the process so it went smoothly. We were approved in a short time and were able to schedule the work. Then the team arrived and it was like watching a well organized work site. From set up to the clean up they were clean, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Once finished I was instructed on how the run the system and it’s been every thing that was told it would be. They did work on my unit less than a year ago. Recharged for almost $1400 with labor stating that the wrong refrigerant had been added to the system. I’ve called them a good 8 times the last couple of weeks, since the system is still running through the same issues. They told me they had to check to see if they still have the refrigerant R-22. Which isn’t the issue here nor was it then. It’s blowing & was blowing cool air but not enough of it. They’ve yet to call me back. Never met a more unprofessional business. Dont waste your time or hard earned money.

AAIR system came to install both furnaces and heat pump in hour hose when one of our furnace died. They were very swift and did it in 2 and a half days. They made sure we had heat all the times. Everyone of them were very kind and did the job beautifully. They have been doing our services for several years. Professionalism at best. Among all the contractors who have done jobs in our home, this group of gentlemen are the best. Please try them and you will not be disappointed. They even got me the rebate $5400.00.
