An undated Better Business Bureau review calls the team quick to respond and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain issues and propose solutions. In a 2024 review, a customer who had a new oil furnace and AC installed in 2023 said they had some issues starting later in 2023 and got zero response to their calls and texts, and did not expect the free 1 year service call to be honored. In a 2025 review, a customer said one of several two ton rooftop units the company installed on a commercial building had to be replaced after one year, a second unit died because they didn't update the thermostat for the associated condenser, and the company never called back.

Tricksters and fraudsters. Gave these dummies maybe over 60K worth of work and they botched everything. Still repairing mistakes they made then. Definitely don't recommend Nick Ray or his other mustache buddy. Bad people, they know how to build something but they don't even know how it works. -including errors made and repairs at my own home. -commercial building where they installed several two ton rooftop units. One unit had to be replaced after one year and the second unit died because they didn't update the thermostat for the associated condenser. Therefore it ran AC and heat all summer until it died once year after installation. After reaching out to them for all of these items they never called back, never responded. Even got other plumbers to complain and they also didn't respond.
Communication after they take your final payment is non-existing. Had a new oil furnace and AC installed in Sept 2023, and had some issues starting in Nov 2023 and when I called and text, there was zero response. I have left numerous vms and text and crickets. I am due for my free 1 year service call which obviously isn’t happening since they won’t return calls so don’t expect this to be something they honor. Buyer beware.
