He responded promptly, scheduling was simple, and he was able to come out just a few days later. He completed a very thorough inspection and went above and beyond to help me figure out what was causing the issue. He sent the full inspection report the very next day and also recommended a repair company. Then he exceeded expectations again.. I opened my email to see that Jed had already reached out to the repair company himself, sending them my inspection report and requesting a repair quote for me, ON A SUNDAY! Our home inspection experience with Jed was phenomenal. While the results of the inspection were mostly “repair or replace”, we left feeling very educated because of the time Jed took to walk-through everything with us in a calm and matter-of-fact way. The report Jed sent included helpful diagrams, an easy to read grading rubric, and detailed explanations. He was incredibly kind and patient with us a first-time home buyers, and of course very knowledgeable. We look forward to working with Jed again for a future home purchase.
