Very disappointed with this company. They are an agreed provider for American Home Solutions in the Springfield area which offer extended warranty service programs for homeowners for their HVAC and water heaters. Originally this company was part of BAYSTATE Gas before everyone decided to sell out. Now we are serviced by a call center in Central America. In the last four years we have had an issue with our furnace that requires service, both on holiday weekends. On both occasions we called Advanced Heating and never received any response. We are told they are the only provider. As far as I’m concerned they are unprofessional as well as unreliable. One star is more than they deserve. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere. My guess would be they took this contract when they started the company and now are busy enough to that they feel they can bypass the service call. At best they are HVAC company with zero integrity or morals.

Tony was extremely knowledgeable and reliable in regards to a significant HVAC issue we were told we had by another company. We reached out to him about our furnace and he came out first thing the next morning to assist us. Tony showed us the actual unit, explained how it was functioning, did an analysis and inspection to assure us that we did not need to spend thousands of dollars on a new furnace. We are grateful to have met Tony and now have a new reliable HVAC technician.
