Advanced Modernization LLC

We have used Advanced Modernization LLC for many home renovations. The owner makes sure that each renovation was executed to my specifications. The owner Was also in constant contact, letting us know the timelines All of his workers were courteous, and when they were done, cleaned up the areas. I would definitely hire them again for another renovation.

Advanced Modernization LLC installed an induction rangetop for me and ran the new electrical wires and capped the gas that went to my old burners. It looks beautiful, but more importantly, the work was done quickly and professionally and cleanly. They had to make 6 holes in my walls and ceiling to run the new electrical wire. Their painter, Keith, patched it all up and spot painted it, feathering the edges, and you can't tell there was ever any work done under the paint!!! Thinking now about new counters and having them paint my cabinets. Bill, who owns the company, is a pleasure to work with. His sub-contractors are great!

Great job converting our bathroom shower into a functional shower for elderly. The cost was fair and A LOT less than other estimates. Great crew of craftsmen and each day they were careful to clean up. I was pleased with the whole process and the extra effort they put into their work… I would recommend them to any of my friends and relatives!

Exceptional experience from start to finish! Bill delivered upon every promise given. Our family is thrilled with the porch addition. We went with Bill at Advanced Modernization for the major renovation and 203K loan when we bought our home. These loans are a PAIN in the BUTT unless you have the right contractor – something I did not know until we started the process. We simply would not have gotten the house completed - losing a lot more than money. The bank certainly required a lot from the contractor. He not only helped us through all of this, but also educated us and where we can save along the way without losing value (and why). That’s exceptional in my book. The project was the renovation of an old Victorian Farmhouse whose second floor needed total gutting. some items : - New roofs (incl porches - Second floor gutted (radiators removed), insulated, boarded back up and plastered. New fixtures. New masterbath. - Lolli column replacements - Porch railings / beam supports replaced. - Plumbing / Sewer updates - New basement door - Sill painting We heard through locally he was trustworthy, his prices were right in middle, so went with them. I have never found another company (let alone contractor) as fair and trustworthy as Bill. You wont regret putting your trust in him. UPDATE: Moved Mom to neighborhood when Dad died. Exceptional as always... even when things went wrong (this was during Covid). Any question we had I just had to call and he'd be there with an answer. Highly soothing for an anxious Mom. He definitely helped in a hard time. Pics to come!
