I have used Donald for numerous home inspections and he has always steered me in the right direction. He tells you how it is without sugar coating it which is a quality you want when you are weighing your options of whether or not to invest in a property. After avoiding a few homes that were potential money pits I found my current home and have been here for almost 7 years. Since then I have used Donald for other property inspections for both myself and family members. Each time a thorough honest home inspection was the result. If you want the best home inspector I would use Advantage.
I called and when I said I was looking for a quote and the sales person said they were booked and hang-up on me. Awful customer service! You shouldn't do any business with a company like that. It is 2014 and Customer services and retention is the right thing to do on Marketing.
Absolutely fantastic! Donald Lovering (Advantage Home Inspection) performed two home inspections for me when recently purchasing a new house. The first house was a mess and I decided not to buy it but the second house was great. I don’t know if I have ever felt so confident buying anything really. After Donald is through with the house you will know everything you could ever possibly want to know. He identified features of the house I never would have thought to look at even if I went over the house 100 times. I would (and have) recommended Advantage Home Inspection to family and I would do so for any friend as well. Even though I did not buy the first house I still felt I got every penny worth of the cost to inspect it. It was so thorough and educational it was like taking a short course in home inspection. If you really want to know what you are buying I highly recommend Donald Lovering.
