First off- Mike and Peter are two people that I feel are closer to your new best friends than actual contractors. They are two of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met doing this sort of work. I unexpectedly had to gut two shower inserts in a multi-family building. Mike, Peter, Nick, and Pederson were here literally the next day at 7am ready to go, and continued to be every day until we were done. I was never left guessing on schedule, or timeline. Their work quality was excellent, and I even had them sort out a couple other odd-jobs I had on site while they were here. Communication was brilliant, and they were very realistic with me on everything they were encountering as they went through it. They communicate well with my plumber, and even held them accountable on a couple things on my behalf. I literally cannot recommend these guys enough.<br><br>Mike has also now referred me to my primary plumber and electrician which are also BRILLIANT. Great people find other great people I guess!<br><br>Stop looking around and call these guys for any sort of construction or HVAC needs you may have!<br><br>Honestly my only complaint is that Mike is so tall and handsome that It's really hard to be self-confident when you're around someone of such stature and grandeur. He's also a ninja I am fairly positive. Be warned he only accepts payment in precious gemstones.<br><br>Thank you Affinity!!!!

Affinity Construction has done several projects for us, a total renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms.<br>The projects were executed in a professional manner and on schedule!<br>Peter worked with us throughout the project to plan and calmly work through any unexpected hurdles with suppliers and tradesmen with excellent results. A number of years ago, Affinity Construction re-built my garage and did a wonderful job. I have called on Peter Shepard for a number of issues that I have had with my multi family home over the years. His brother, Michael, had taken care of and fixed my air conditioning system for years.<br>Due to this past winter storms, my house had some significant damage, Peter and his crew removed the existing vinyl siding and replaced the rotted wood that was found and re-sided with Hardie shingles. They also replaced some windows and remodeled a kitchen.<br>Peter communicates frequently and the jobs were done on time and on budget.. Micheal and his team installed three state-of-the-art heat pump systems in my home with all associated ductwork and electrical. The whole team genuinely cared about performing honest and high quality work to the customer's satisfaction. Mike worked tirelessly to ensure that placement of all ductwork runs, registers, heat pumps, and thermostats were placed where we wanted them and not where it was easiest to install. All challenges were met with a smile and the jobs were done well with expectations communicated at every step. Mike was very knowledgeable about MassSaves initiatives and helped guide us through the process.<br><br>The heat pump project went so well, I invited Mike and his team back to complete a hodge podge of smaller jobs. I highly recommend Affinity Construction for your needs. An honest and reliable general contractor is an asset to be sure.

I can't say enough about how great the service has been from Affinity. When our furnace recently blew they were quick to the job and quick to replace. They have been managing our HVAC systems for years and we'd melt or freeze without them.
