Olti and his team were a pleasure to work with. They tiled our brick fireplace for us and did a great job. Were on time, professional, did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. Olti is not only knowledgeable but has great ideas and insight on any project he works on. He is someone who keeps his promises even if he has to go out of his way to fulfill it. I would strongly recommend him to family and friends and look forward to working with him on future projects!

We used the Dua team to complete some major structural repairs and enhancements in our century old 2-family. The scope involved building a new stair to the attic, reinforcing the main basement beam, repairing roof structural issues, and installing a new roof with skylights. The PM Olti coordinated subcontractors, was on site everyday answering questions and figuring out any technical issues that would come up, ordering all the materials, and ensuring everything was completed within our agreed schedule and budget. He was great and very communicative throughout the entire project. Highly recommend!
