I have been in the design field for 10+ years and recently had the pleasure of hiring De La Rosa for a commercial two-story deck with an integrated bench. Smart, professional, very talented and fair. I consulted with DeLaRosa on an outdoor deck railing. Arsenio was able to figure out exactly what was needed to replace the railing with a composite product, and addressed water damage by installing a gutter. Works and looks great; Arsenio was great to work with and the team led by Fidel did fantastic work. Highly recommend!
