Its BBB grade is A+, though the company has not sought accreditation, and that page shows no complaints. BuildZoom scores it 90 and has exactly one permit on file — a kitchen and two bathrooms on Winter Street in Waltham, pulled in 2021. So: a licensed, quietly established outfit with an A+ grade and very little written about the actual work. Ask for the tenure story straight, and ask for three recent addresses you can go and look at.
