Alfa Construction Inc

Alfa Construction is a Bellingham, Massachusetts outfit that's narrowed itself to one job: full-home siding replacement — Hardie Plank fiber cement, vinyl, cedar shake, clapboard, board & batten — for houses and multi-family buildings across eastern and central Massachusetts. The company says Fabio started it in 2006 doing general residential construction around MetroWest before settling on siding as the specialty, and the site describes him personally walking each project during the free consultation. The reviews that exist are uniformly positive and specific to that work. A Milford homeowner called the crew clean and easy from the first day to the last; another, after a bad run with a previous contractor, praised the team's respect for the property and the family throughout the job. One reviewer, working with Fabio's crew on a new build, singled out the Hardie siding, trim and Trex decking as well done. Between Google (5.0 from 5 ratings) and Angi (5.0 from 8, seven of them genuine customer accounts — Angi excluded an eighth that turned out to be the company's own marketing copy posted as a review), every rating on file is five stars, and the same words keep coming up: professional, punctual, communicative. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#192348) is active on the state registry, matching the number BuildZoom and Angi both list, and it's a certified James Hardie installer with Andersen 400-series windows and ENERGY STAR-certified window installs among its listed affiliations. One thing worth knowing before calling: the company's own site says it does complete siding installation and replacement only, explicitly declining patch or partial repairs — a small fix-it job isn't what they're set up for. It's also worth knowing that Angi's reviews here are drawn from the same Google feed rather than a separate pool of customers, so the five-star record really rests on one well-regarded source, not several. For a full siding tear-off and replacement in the MetroWest-to-central-Mass corridor, the record so far is clean and consistent; for anything short of a whole-house job, look elsewhere.
