Honest Mechanical Services, LLC is a heating and cooling business. On its website it states 15 years in business and describes bringing "decades of hands-on experience to every project, big or small." When a steam boiler needed replacing because of corrosion from hard water, Ryan came to assess whether a pipe could simply be replaced; it could not, so he first put in a water heater so the household had hot water, then later removed the old boiler and installed the new one, "basically" in a day. That customer wrote that he "looked for the least expensive solution, but didn't take shortcuts." Another customer had a heat pump and AC installed and wrote that Ryan answered every question "without rolling his eyes," adding that going into the attic "is like looking at art work." A third customer, a month after buying a new house, had the company install a heat pump, a new boiler and coils along with an electric split, and wrote that questions "were answered in detail." The business states on its website that it is insured.
