I had a great experience with Reds HVAC who we used to replace our old boiler. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and it’s all thanks to Chris's excellent communication, timeliness, and top-notch work. Chris kept me in the loop the whole time, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what was happening. He showed up exactly when he said he would (which, let’s be honest, doesn’t always happen these days), and got the job done on time without cutting any corners. As to the quality of his work, a quick story. I was having a generator installed at the house, and there was an oil and gas technician on-site to help with the hookup. He, unprompted by me, commented on the quality of our new boiler installation. If other people in the industry are commenting on the work, you know it's good. If you’re looking for someone reliable and professional who actually cares about doing a great job, Chris and Reds HVAC are the way to go.

I am very pleased with the work Chris did for me in helping diagnose a hot water problem and installing a hot water heat pump as the solution. He answered all of my questions, was prompt, and thorough. I would be happy to recommend him to others.

Had work done to get my Ranai combi running last January Chris advised was just a temporary fix and needed to replace the whole system and gave me a quote. Of course not wanting to spend the money, we hoped the fix would last..😂 Last week the system knowingly died again.. Called Chris gave me the same quote, booked the appointment and he had the complete system installed in one day. Super clean work, done right. Very happy with his work, cleaned up after the job like he wasn't even there. Will highly recommend Reds to anyone in need of HVAC. Prime example of why people should chose local independent businesses.
