The main heat pump (out of 3) they brought and installed at our home was underpowered (supposed to work in Florida, not the Northeast) and defective from the get-go, costing us 2 years of feeling cold in our home, plus $12.000 to remedy. No answer from the company when we asked them to honor their warranty.
Never used them before. Guy came over after hours on his way home because it was really hot. Fixed my condenser real fast and refused to charge me for it. I will be calling them going forward.
Excellent customer service to schedule a service call. Turn around time for tech to come by within the same day. Diagnose and repair on first visit. Highly recommend.
After having no a/c from my units for over a year and spending over $1,000 between 2 other services to resolve it with no luck, The manufacturer gave me Alltherms contact info. They came promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it in just about 2 hours! Thrilled to have this behind me besides having full function of my units. The team of Alltherms was informative, professional and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as well as call them for anything if needed. Horrible service. The heatpump in the basement has never worked. You were supposed to leave us information and a plan for fixing it and don’t reply to emails, phone calls or texts. Horrible experience.
