In March 2023 a customer had Mack and his team cut a dog door through a wall and build a custom-sized screen door for an 1870 farmhouse, with several trips out to measure first; later that month another West Wareham homeowner described a new deck built with a recessed hot tub to their specifications. In February 2025, a homeowner who had spent hours and wasted money trying to plaster a ceiling in a 100-year-old house gave up, called him, and called the quote the fastest ever. A September 2021 customer came out of a 30-day renovation and singled out the communication all the way through. Storm damage brings the other kind of call.
