Great service to find leak at my office
American Leak Detection Inc was sent our home to perform a job under another plumbing company Durbin Plumbing. The guy cut holes where there were NO pipes visible. He cut in the ceiling walls and ect. Then asked if there was any where else he should cut??? SIR, I am not a plumber. Anyway, now neither Durbin or American Leak will pay for fixing the holes in our bathroom. This is ridiculous. On top of that the issue still wasn't resolved. We contacted a different agency and they were able to fix the issue WITHOUT making any cuts in our walls! Ridiculous! Our home warranty pushed for this company, so we're leaving them also.
American Leak Detection came to our home today and Isaac Suazo solved the mystery of our leak and water damage. Isaac was a complete professional and understood the challenge. He checked every possible scenario to discover where the leak was coming from and how it had damaged our premises. The consummate professional! Thank you.
Called the company around four times to ask about their services and left messages for their tech to call me back and never received a return phone call.
In less than one hour, they identify the exact location of the water line leak underground. The repair was easily, then made by an outside contractor and my water leak was fixed. Thanks to ADL. The diagnostic process of finding an underground leak is amazing and accurate. Thank you.
