Sales staff very easy to work with. Enjoyed meeting Thai and her help through the process of picking out the granite. Ricardo and his installation team were professional and just good people. I feel the value of my purchase was fair.
Had countertops for kitchen ,pantry ,coffee nook installed with 3 sinks. Quality of installation very good no issues highly recommend
Working with American Stone was super easy. Thai was wonderful with giving me samples on line since I had to do it while away. They were prompt and very efficient. They sent pictures when it was done and it looks great. I would definitely use them again!
I was excited to find discounted stone for my kitchen counter. I worked with a lady who was originally great, said since there are 3 slabs and cannot see the condition of all three, she would make sure to look at them all and select the best for me. After installation, I looked at the counter and saw that major flaws in the stone were visible in the peninsula portion of.. exactly where you sit to eat, or have people hanging out while I was working in kitchen. I called them back and they said I selected that slab so that’s what was manufactured for me. I told her of her comments to review all 3 and pick the best, she repeated that I got the slab I selected. I told her about the flaws most visible, and she said they did the best they could on that slab. I go back to her saying that the areas most hide from obvious view were better than the peninsula, and she said I got the slab I selected. This experience proves you can’t believe any guarantees for service unless when dealing with this company.
Our experience with American Stone has been top notch. We have now worked with them on two of our kitchens. From picking out the stone, through templating, to final installation, our experience has been great. American Stone's prices have been competitive and the teams that have come to the house have been friendly and very professional, with great attention to detail. American Stone gets 5 stars from us.
