Google shows a 4.5 average across 29 ratings — but the people who wrote out their experience mostly wrote to warn. In August 2021 a homeowner with new MSI quartz in a brand-new kitchen reported a color mismatch between two slabs meeting at a seam, a dull finish that marked from anything set on it, and discoloration on the island; Leo came out to inspect and the review breaks off as it describes what he sent. On Houzz in 2017, a customer with honed quartzite installed four years earlier said the company had been back three times and each time assured them the counters looked as they should. A July 2023 Google reviewer called the experience horrible and said the company cared more about profit than the customer. The one five-star account, from February 2024, praised professionalism from quote to completion. Further back, Violation Tracker lists a June 4, 2016 federal agency action against Cape Cod Marble & Granite, Inc. for a wage-and-hour violation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, with a $95,731 penalty. If you shop here, look at the actual slabs that will meet at any seam before fabrication, get the finish and its care requirements in writing, and ask what happens if the installed stone does not match what you approved — that is where the customers who wrote in got stuck.
