AMK Construction Inc

Flat roofs, and the leaks nobody else could find — that is what AMK Construction gets called for. A February 2026 reviewer put it plainly: if you have leaks on your flat roof, don't call a shingle company, call AMK, describing a family roofing business with decades behind it that installs flat roofing and chases down leaks others had missed. A 2024 customer left a shorter note praising the work and the crew. The Beverly company holds a 4.4-star average across seven Google ratings, and its Better Business Bureau page carries an A+ grade and puts it at 22 years in business. One thing to settle before booking: the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration on file for AMK Construction Inc, #166209, is expired on the state registry. Ask whether it has been renewed, get the current number, and ask for a certificate of insurance while you are at it. If you have a flat roof that keeps letting water in, this is the shop to try — clear up the registration first, then get the repair scope and whatever warranty comes with it in writing.
