Its website lists a service area of Bellingham, Franklin, Wrentham, Medway, North Attleboro, Uxbridge, Norfolk, Pawtucket and Attleboro. A 2024 review called James the owner/technician. In a 2026 review, a customer with an emergency draining issue said James came right out at the end of the day and got the issue resolved. In a 2026 review from February, a customer said James came out the next morning and, working in an unheated garage, snaked nearly 20 feet to reach and remove the clog. In a 2025 review, a customer said James found the blockage in their drain pipes, cleared the pipes in a couple of hours and identified the cause, a bow in the PVC leaving the house. In another 2025 review, a customer with a backed-up main drain to their septic tank said James showed up an hour after their 9am call and solved the problem within 1 hour. In a 2023 review, a customer said James cleared a root blockage in their sewer drain line. In a 2016 review, a customer said he brought in the jet and, with the assistance of a camera, removed the roots in their main sewer line.
