Andre Marnet Electrician is a Boston-based electrical contractor, also marketing under the name ConnectElectrical on its website, offering residential and commercial electrical installation, safety assessments and service work across Massachusetts. Its Massachusetts electrician license is verified active with the state, and the Better Business Bureau rates the business an A, though it isn't BBB accredited. The ten Google reviews on file, running from mid-2023 through mid-2026, describe a consistent pattern of substantial electrical work done well: 200-amp and 400-amp service upgrades, an electrical trenching and new-panel job, and an EV charger installed in a high-rise garage that required coordinating with the building's management, valet and the city inspector. Reviewers repeatedly mention careful, code-compliant work, clear explanations of why older wiring needed updating, and thorough cleanup afterward. One review described Andre working alongside an HVAC team to upgrade a 1930s house's electrical service to 200 amps for two mini-split installations. A small detail worth noting: BBB lists the business with just one employee, though several reviews describe Andre working with a team or crew on site — worth asking about current crew size for a larger project. Otherwise there's nothing negative in the record, and the reviews consistently point to reliable, well-communicated electrical work.
We had 2 mini-splits installed in our 1930’s house. Andre Marnet was the electrician who worked with the HVAC team and we feel very fortunate to have him and his team do our electrical work. The main project for them was to upgrade our electrical service to 200 amps. This involved replacing the outside meter, installing 2 ground rods, replacing the existing electrical panel and grounding the water meters. The original panel was inside the wall, which made it difficult to replace a panel with larger capacity within the existing space, which is also very close to the water line, but Andre was able to get a box which fit. Everyone who worked at our house was professional, pleasant and neat. Andre is knowledgeable about the building codes and explained it to us and worked with the electrical inspector. We would definitely work with this electrician again.
The entire project was done smoothly and with high quality. I would recommend to anyone without any reservations.
Andre and his team are amazing. They did an incredible job. Highly recommend them for any electrical job.
