Andrews Earthworks does excavation, grading and drainage work. One customer said Connor repaired a damaged curtain drain around roughly half of the house and connected the gutter drainage system to direct water away from the foundation, then followed up after rainstorms to make sure everything was working. After a drainage project with Conner, a customer wrote that after 15 years their backyard no longer holds water for a week after it rains. One customer said Connor spent an entire week on grading and drainage work to fix substantial water issues around the home, and was straightforward about price. The work runs to driveways and lawns too. A customer with drainage issues on a driveway said Connor came out within 48 hours for a consultation, walked through a couple of different approaches, and left a new driveway; he later came back to clean up the equipment tracks, seed and put straw down. Connor brought his excavator to smooth deep ruts in a heavy clay side lawn and spread topsoil, grass seed and straw, fitting the small job in between several large projects, according to a customer who posted the request on Front Porch Forum. When rain washed the top layer of seed away the day after a one-day yard job, one customer said Connor came back the next day to reseed and put straw down. Andrews Earthworks dug a ditch for one customer's underground line repair, helped troubleshoot the issue, then replaced the dirt, reseeded and cleaned up the area. Connor Andrews planted many arborvitae trees for a customer who called his rates fair. Hired as a subcontractor, Connor removed an existing pole sign and built a footing for a new sign at Route 7 Deli & Liquor.
