Another Cycle Appliance Repair INC is a husband-and-wife shop in Londonderry, run by Taylor McCourt, the technician, and Adriana McCourt, who handles scheduling. The company says Taylor started repairing appliances around 2005–2006, working for Sears and then nearly eight years at another local repair company, before the couple founded Another Cycle in 2015. They say they cover most of southern New Hampshire, including Manchester, Nashua, Salem, Derry and more than a dozen surrounding towns. The thing that comes up again and again, across dozens of reviews spanning 2021 through this year, is that they actually call back. Several customers describe trying other appliance repair companies first and getting silence, then reaching Taylor's team quickly. One recent review described a basement freezer failure where Another Cycle was the only company that called back after a message was left, with text updates on arrival time. In a 2023 review, a customer said a call was answered immediately with an appointment booked within minutes, after two other companies never returned calls. Reviewers also point to the range of what Taylor will take on — a 1997 Kitchen Aid washer, a built-in wall oven that stumped other companies, a stacked dryer wedged in a tight corner a previous repairman said he couldn't access. He's described repeatedly as walking customers through the repair-versus-replace decision rather than pushing one way, and several reviewers mention becoming repeat customers over multiple years for different appliances. Pricing isn't always the cheapest option: in a 2022 review, a customer who was otherwise satisfied with the responsiveness and repair called a $356 bill — for a $30 part plus labor — a bit pricier than expected, and noted the appointment took about a week to land. The Better Business Bureau lists the company for appliance repair but hasn't assigned it a grade. For anyone dealing with an aging or hard-to-access appliance in the Londonderry area, this is a business with a long, consistently praised history — just ask upfront about the cost breakdown if pricing matters to you.
They ANSWERED their phone, unlike two other businesses. Quickly scheduled. On time appointment. Quickly repaired my washer pump.
Taylor quickly assessed and fixed my Kitchen Aid washer, circa 1997!
My basement freezer stopped working. I called a bunch of appliances companies to get it repaired. Another Cycle was the ONLY company that called me back after leaving a message. I got an appointment in a few days. I got text messages telling me when he would arrive. He was on time, highly professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. He unfortunately did not have the part in his truck but ordered it and was back the following day to install. I would highly recommended this family owned small business.
Not enough great things to say about Taylor and Another Cycle. Great communication thru the repair process. No pressure for the repairs but have enough information to make the best decision on which direction to take. Highly recommend for your repair needs!
Booked online for refrigerator repair and received a callback right away. Was able to have Taylor come out the same day. He quickly determined a fan needed to be replaced. Repair was done and he was out the door in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional! We were so happy to get this repair done in record time. Fair cost and great service. Thanks again Taylor!!
