Aquatique Pools is a pool store in West Springfield. On the Better Business Bureau it lists pool repair, leak repair, pool maintenance, water chemistry and pool supplies, and it holds an A+ grade there. In a 2025 review, one reviewer called Michele, the owner, professional, honest and helpful, wrote that thanks to her advice and support the pool stayed in great shape, and contrasted her with other stores that push unnecessary chemicals. In a 2022 review, the reviewer came in right at closing time and had a water test run; the store did not have the chemical needed, and she personally delivered it to the reviewer's house that night after she received it. In a 2019 review, the reviewer wrote that they helped get the pool in great shape without being judgemental. In a 2016 review, the reviewer wrote that Michelle and Chris were friendly and helpful, that their pricing was reasonable, and that they helped every step of the way in the reviewer's first year with a pool. In 2025, a Nextdoor post said Aquatique opened an inground pool by taking the cover off and dumping a bunch of debris in there from the winter.
