The whole team at Precision Aquatic Solutions are very professional and patient. Lori answered the call and quickly had a tech team checking the pool the next day. Rick and John arrived on time as planned and were friendly. What we thought may have been a leak, they quickly solved the problem with the way equipment was operating. Once fixed they made sure any other issues or questions about the pool were answered. With patience, fair price, and professionalism I highly recommend this team.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick and his team for an unknown leak in my inground pool. I have been losing water for years and had to continuously top off the water. Rick came over and with his profound knowledge of the plumbing of a pool they quickly found the source. They promptly came over and tirelessly jackhammered my patio, dug down about 4 feet and fixed the plumbing beautifully. I cannot recommend this company more. If there was a 10 star option I would choose that. They were punctual, informative, kind to my family and myself, and were so willing to answer any question I possibly had. You can tell that service and quality is their top priority and deeply care about their customers and the work they do. If you need maintenance or anything done regarding your pool, Precision Aquatic Solutions is the place to go. Will definitely be the only company I will call going forward regarding my pool.

They care about your pool as if it is their own, I knew the first time we met he would take great care of our pool and ensure we were properly educated about what needed to be done. Amazing company! They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and care to do right by your pool. I am a new pool owner in Glastonbury, CT and Rick educated me and my wife, and does things right. I called this morning because my pool heater wasn’t working got a call back within the hour. They came over and fixed it same day. I have a very old heater that many pool companies wouldn’t touch and would just recommend replacing. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional service. They even cleaned my filter and checked my chemicals before they left. Highly recommend their services and will be recommending them to all my friends.
