There's very little written record for ArcticAardvark Comfort, a Somerville HVAC company. Google shows a 3-star average from 2 ratings, and the one written review on file, from 2022, describes a technician named Milton (the review refers to the company as "S & M") fitting the customer in same-day for both an AC repair over the summer and a furnace issue that November, at a reasonable price. With so little to go on, a homeowner considering this company should ask for recent references, confirm current licensing, and get a written estimate before booking.
I had S & M come out to service my failing equipment twice. Once this summer for the A/C unit, and again in November for the furnace. Both times they were very responsive and Milton was able to fit me in on the same day. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend S & M for your HVAC needs!
