I had S & M come out to service my failing equipment twice. Once this summer for the A/C unit, and again in November for the furnace. Both times they were very responsive and Milton was able to fit me in on the same day. The price was also very reasonable.<br><br>I highly recommend S & M for your HVAC needs!
