Other customers describe charges they found far too high, or repairs that did not hold. A June 2026 customer said they were charged $475 for a water pressure fix that changed nothing after a 15-minute visit. A January 2026 customer was quoted $300 to $600 for a backed-up toilet and charged $575 plus a $100 service fee for snaking the drain. An October 2025 customer paid $1,375 to replace a toilet in under an hour without a parts-and-labor breakdown, and an October 2023 customer said they were charged nearly $1,200 to replace a $48 part and the owner told them the company charges by the job, not by the hour. An April 2026 customer said three visits and three $100 booking fees came to over $1,000 and never fixed their Navien water heater. In July 2026, a customer said they prepaid $100 for a central-air call and paid $300 more for maintenance; when the system began failing soon after, the company stopped answering calls and texts before a heat wave, said there was no warranty on the work and could not come for several weeks.
