Cotting Plumbing & Heating is a Medford plumbing and heating company that's been in business 31 years, according to its BBB profile, though it isn't BBB-accredited and carries no rating there. Every review on file names the same plumber, Jim, and describes him the same way: fast, professional, and reliable. In a 2023 review, a customer said Jim asked for a photo of a broken faucet and was at their door within a couple of hours with the right parts already in hand. Other reviews from 2022 describe a shower head and kitchen side-spray replaced quickly and accurately, and one job finished under the original estimate after Jim and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. One 2022 review, from a customer who'd used Cotting for several years, said Jim turns stressful hot-water and heating problems into manageable ones. With a short written record — six reviews, all from 2022 and 2023 — there isn't a lot of recent evidence to go on, but what's there is consistent: prompt, accurate work at a fair price.
I found Cotting Plumbing on Google by location and I was super lucky to find them! Jim asked me to send a picture of the troubled faucet and within a couple of hours he was at my place with the parts that needed to be replaced! Jim and his coworker fixed the issue quickly and I could go on with my day! Highly recommended!
Jim is great at what he does, always professional, always committed to following through on the job, and a very nice person as well. Highly recommend.
Jim and his worker were very nice, worked fast and were very efficient and accurate in their work. Replaced our shower head and tenants kitchen side spray. Hard workers. Highly recommend. Frank and Deb M
