Ferraro Mechanical Contracting

One 2017 Google reviewer described Ernie Ferraro as having decades of knowledge and the ability to figure out almost anything. Ferraro Mechanical Contracting is listed in Arlington, while the BBB describes Ferraro Mechanical Contractors, Inc. as an Everett company established in 1982 with Ernest Ferraro as president. The service mix centers on plumbing, with heating and gas fitting listed by the BBB and mechanical, HVAC, and sheet-metal work listed by BuildZoom. Massachusetts' plumber registry shows license 162-PL-IN as active, with Ernest A Ferraro as the holder of record. BuildZoom also shows 131 projects, though that profile is a directory listing rather than a state verification. The written customer history is very thin and dated: the quoted review is from August 2017, and the Google source reports one rating. That review is plainly positive, but it is a historical account rather than a current description of response times or workmanship. Before booking, confirm which company location and profile apply, then ask how the current team handles the plumbing, heating, or gas-fitting work you need. This looks most suited to a homeowner seeking an experienced plumbing or mechanical contractor whose state license can be checked directly. The active registry entry is a useful starting point; confirm the scope of work and the Arlington-versus-Everett business identity before signing.
