Ardizzoni Plumbing and Heating

Ardizzoni Plumbing and Heating is a Brimfield, Massachusetts plumbing and heating company run by Anthony Ardizzoni, whose Massachusetts plumber's license is active and registry-verified. On Google, 69 ratings average 4.9 stars, and the reviews describe a company built for both routine repairs and harder jobs — well systems, water heaters, and mid-remodel plumbing. A neighbor on Nextdoor recommends Anthony by name to someone in Charlton asking for a reliable plumber, describing him as good and reliable. The specifics span routine fixes and harder mechanical jobs. Justin walked a customer through maintenance on a new tankless water heater in a recent review, and in earlier reviews customers describe Mike replacing a shallow well jet pump and tank and Anthony's team installing a water softener and new well tank, with installer Avery singled out by name on that job. In a 2024 review, Anthony and his crew are credited with getting a customer's heating system running again the same day it failed. Several reviewers describe using the company for years: one, in a 2024 review, called it their go-to for jobs from a garbage disposal swap to a leaky faucet, and another, in a 2023 review, said the crew handled several different challenging projects during a home remodel. One 2024 review describes a crew returning to a house multiple times in a single day to get a kitchen sink working again before twenty guests arrived for a holiday weekend. The one account worth weighing against that record is a 2024 review from a customer who says he hired Anthony as a family friend for a new-home plumbing and gas job, then ran into inflated upcharges on fixtures and double charges for already-agreed work; he says he ended up cancelling the plumbing and gas permits and hiring a different plumber. For routine plumbing, water heater work, or a heating emergency, the reviews point to a responsive crew that customers keep calling back for years. Given the one billing dispute, it's worth getting a written estimate and any change orders in writing before work starts on a larger job.
