A 2024 Google reviewer gave one star after taking the day off work for an appointment booked several days in advance: 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival, the company called to say it had to reschedule because of other emergencies. That 2024 reviewer said the company was apologetic but that the day off was lost, and would not use it again. A 2021 reviewer gave one star, saying the company had never responded to a request to come out for an estimate after they called twice.
