My husband and I woke up early this morning to discover we ran out of fuel during the night. We called around then finally landed on the Armstrong company that told us they could service an emergency same day delivery in the afternoon. We informed them that we have an infant in the house and it was indeed an emergency. That was at 8AM, then 4PM rolls around and nothing. We decided to call about an ETA; the woman who answered the phone spoke harshly with my husband and seemed agitated that we wanted to know when we’d be able to turn our heat back on. Concluding the call the response we got was basically, “we’ll get there when we get there.” After deliberation, we called back to cancel and find another solution. Clearly they aren’t eager for business, the way the situation was handled was dishonorable and extremely unprofessional.

I have been using Armstrong Oil for the past two years now. It’s a Family business and they have given me the best service by far. There have been times I was super low on oil and they made it a point to get to me right away. Always polite on the phone and the prices are fair. I’m sure once you use them you won’t be switching to anyone else.
