Best Price Oil sells home heating oil and diesel fuel, and the company says it has over 15 years of experience and offers 24/7 emergency service. A 2026 customer calls them reliable and professional. A 2025 customer said the company made sure they got their oil even after a truck broke down, checked in on the family afterward, and singled out Linda. A 2024 customer said a first order brought someone out the next day. A 2023 customer said the company messaged back about 10 minutes after an email the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and delivered the next day. A 2026 customer said the truck's meter was not set at zero before the driver began filling, that they were shorted 12.50 gallons, and that the owner would not discuss it. A 2026 customer said an order promised for a Tuesday did not arrive; when the truck came the next evening it drove into the bank of the driveway, had to be towed and damaged the yard, and the company then refused to deliver. A 2026 customer said a delivery was rescheduled multiple times and then pushed to the next week. A 2024 customer said they ordered a set amount, the driver filled the tank, and their card was charged for it without anyone reaching out. A 2025 customer said 100 gallons ran out in under 3 weeks and wrote that either the delivery was short or the oil was poor.

Orders online. Day of the delivery they tell me they’re changing my deliver date by 2 days and didn’t care that I’m out of oil and they scheduled and said they could be here. Showed no Concerns about canceling on me and I have a 2 year old
BUYER BEWARE I called the company after getting my oil delivery because the driver would not explain to me why the meter on the truck was NOT SET at 0 before he began filling. It showed 12.50 gallons BEFORE he even took the hose off of the truck. I was there standing at the truck the entire time watching that meter. After going back and forth with the company, it came down to my word against the word of their employee. The owner of this company wouldn't even take a moment to discuss it with me. Going forward, I'll bring my phone outside with me to record so i have proof, making sure I'm actually getting what I'm paying for. None of us should feel the need to do that. But, evidently, its necessary so we dont get deceived. While 12.50 gallons may not seem like alot, it equates to $53.88 @ $4.31 gallon. I spent 702.53 for 163 gallons and was shorted. I paid for 163 gallons and got 150.50. THE METER SHOULD ALWAYS START AT ZERO. I found that doing business with this company was a costly mistake. I'll be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. And to the Dept of Consumer Protection in addition to the attorney general as they will investigate this complaint.
Would give this company zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I advise anyone to stay away. We’re supposed to deliver oil for 4 days and kept saying they were coming. After that they dodged any and all phone calls. Stay away.
