In a 2023 Google review, Rob and the team made a special trip to Nantucket on short notice to fix a cover, because toddlers would be on the property; the review ends "Cover is fixed!" In a 2022 Google review, the NE AutoCover guys were quick and delightful when it was time for them on a pool whose ground-breaking had slipped from July to September, and they were helpful when called about the pool's coping. Rob and the team are amazing. As a first-time customer, I called them to fix a cover because toddlers would be on my property. They agreed to make a special trip to Nantucket on short notice because of the safety urgency. The company I had been using couldn't have cared less. Cover is fixed! Thank you!

Due to the supply chain issues, the pool we were expecting to be installed in July didn't break ground until September. When it was time for the NE AutoCover guys, they were quick and delightful. I also called for detail about the pool's coping, and they were helpful. Since everything is so new, I would like them to inspect the cover when the pool is opened so I know the family can have an entire season of enjoyment of the pool. I would recommend them to anyone in New England who wants an auto cover.
