AVERY'S GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

Avery's General Construction is a Lynn-based roofing and general contracting company led by Sam. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is verified active. The four reviews on file, spanning 2021 to 2025, describe detailed, well-executed work. A 2025 review praises the attention to detail on a small standing-seam roof installed over a new front door overhang. A 2024 review describes a full roof job with a professional, courteous crew. A 2021 review describes finding Avery's after months of searching for a reliable company to repair a leaking, damaged skylight, fix the roof, and install gutters along a long wall — the reviewer specifically credits the company's responsiveness after that search. With only four written reviews to draw on, there isn't a long multi-year history to point to, but what's here is consistently specific and positive. For a larger project, it's worth asking for a couple of recent references directly.
