Stacy, She is wonderful. She is incredibly helpful and is always willing to help with anything. She gave us great ideas and we appreciate that. Costumer service here is great. We are very satisfied with Avon Plumbing and Heating that we are coming back for our upcoming project.

They installed mobility bars by my mother's toilet and in her shower. They were incredible to work with, quick to respond, fast to schedule and get the work done, and very reasonably priced! Patty was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

WE WALKED IN LOOKING FOR FIXTURES AND ACCESSORIES FOR A BATHROOM REMODEL...WE NEEDED FAUCET AND HANDLES BY TOMORROW TO MEET THE PLUMBER'S SCHEDULE. MARGOT WELCOMED US AS IF WE WERE VIPS (FIRST TIME WE EVER MET), LISTENED TO WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR...AND WALKED US DIRECTLY TO THE RIGHT SPOT. SHE ANSWERED ALL OUR PRODUCT AND PRICE QUESTIONS THEN WAITED WHILE WE MADE A DECISION. SHE THEN TOOK US TO SOME COMFORTABLE CHAIRS TO WAIT INOT US SOME WATER, AND WE WAITED WHILE SHE TRACKED DOWN THE OTHER PRODUCT ACCESSORIES WE WERE AFTER...GOT THEM ALL ORDERED...AND TOOK OUR PAYMENT. WE WAKED OUT THE DOOR 1/2 HOUR AFTER WALKING IN, WITH THE TIME SENSITIVE PEICE IN HAND AND ALL OTHER PEICES ON-ORDER TO ARRIVE IN THE NEXT WEEK. THE MARGOT SERVICE EXPERIENCE WAS A FANTASTIC ONE...SHE WAS ENGAGING, A GREAT AND ACTIVE LISTENER, AND A NO-NONSENCE HELPER. WITH SERVICE LIKE THAT YOU CAN'T GO WRONG...WE SURE DIDN'T! My wife Holly and I stopped into Avon Plumbing recently to see if they could repair our Brezio bathroom widespread leaky handles. We purchased it years earlier and the model was no longer being sold. Margo Lipari, an extremely knowledgeable sales person, showed us other waterfall models but we didn’t really like the styles. She then offered to call the company on our behalf to see if they still make the internal valve components we would need to replace. They did and Delta mailed them to us. We set up an appointment with their plumbing service to fix the handles. We are so impressed we are planning further plumbing work in our basement. Thank you Margo! Avon Plumbing is lucky to have Margo in its employ.

Be aware, they will charge the time the driver is on the way as a "working hour". So, if your driver takes 50 minutes to drive from the previous job to your house YOU'RE PAYING FOR THAT DRIVING TIME. It's their operational cost, but they want the customer to pay for it. My office is 7 minutes away from their office, but they billed me 45 minutes of driving time because "that's what took them to drive from the previous job to my office". For them, it doesn't really matter how their schedule is managed, they're not loosing money as the next customer is going to pay for any down time in the schedule.
